Breath Counting! Simple and accessible
Sit comfortably and close your eyes
Begin counting your in and out-breaths
Inhale and count 1
Exhale and count 2
Continue to the count of 10 and start again.
If you lose count, just simply start again.
Start with 5 minutes at a time,
building up over time as you practice concentration and mindfulness.
